Solution 3: Make sure your hardware is compatible with the mic.

Here we are saying 4 main types of microphones:

a.A best gaming headset wired with only one jack 2 in 1 used for Microphone and audio in the same 3.5mm jack.

b.A best gaming wired headset with 2 separate 3.5mm jacks used both for the microphone and the audio.

c.A Bluetooth headset or headphones with a microphone.

d.A USB headset or headphones with a microphone.

The first two types are a little bit complicated.

--If your headset or headphone has two separate 3.5mm jacks, then your laptop or computer should have two separate 3.5mm ports (one in green and one in red )as well, one is used for audio and the other one for the microphone. One jack will not suffice.

---If your headset or headphone has one 3.5mm jack only for both audio and microphone, your computer or laptop should have one 3.5mm headset port as well in order to capture both audio and sound from the microphone.
